Is airfare included in the price?

Flights are an additional cost. Flights for this trip will not be available until June 2020.

You can request that we add flights to your reservation, or you can elect to purchase flights on your own.

We will need your flight info to set-up your included transportation to the hotel.

 

How much will flights cost?

Flight prices vary depending on your departure city.

However, flights for this trip are projected to cost between $600 to $700 per person.

 

Are Visas and Passports required?

You are NOT required to have a Visa to enter Aruba for this trip. However, you ARE required to have a valid passport that will not expire for at least SIX months beyond the date of your return from this trip.

 

What is the arrival airport?

The arrival and departure airport for this trip is Queen Beatrix International Airport (AUA)

  

What about single occupancy?

Single occupancy means one person in the room.

A single supplement is a charge paid by a solo traveler to compensate a hotel or cruise line for losses incurred because only one person is staying in a room or cruise ship cabin.

Most hotel rooms and ship cabins are built under the assumption that at least two people will occupy them.

 

How many people will be traveling in this group?

Most of our groups are between 30 to 60 people.

We travel with a minimum of two group leaders from our agency to assist with the different needs of each group.

 

What is your refund policy?

Travel protection will be offered and explained to every guest and is highly recommended for any refunds.

Aruba in May is fairly warm

Daily high temperatures are around 89°F

Daily low temperatures are around 80°F

There are many languages spoken on the Caribbean island of Aruba.

The official languages are Papiamento and Dutch, but most Arubans speak a minimum of four languages, including English and Spanish.
