Flights are an additional cost. Flights for this trip will not be available until September 1, 2024
You can request that we add flights to your reservation, or you can elect to purchase flights on your own.
We will need your flight info to set-up your included transportation to the hotel.
How much will flights cost?
Flight prices vary depending on your departure city.
However, flights for this trip are projected to cost between $900 to $1500 per person.
Are Visas and Passports required?
You are NOT required to have a Visa to enter Italy for this trip. However, you ARE required to have a valid passport that will not expire for at least SIX months beyond the date of your return from this trip.

The arrival and departure airport for this trip is Leonardo da Vinci International Airport (FCO)
What hotels are we staying in before the cruise?
Hotel information will be provided at a later date to prevent confusion over last-minute changes due to weather, construction, or unforeseen incidents.
However, rest assured, you will always stay in a 4-Star and above accommodations when traveling with Cruise Planners, Amoira & Associates.
What about single occupancy?
Single occupancy accommodations are available at an additional cost and subject to availability at time of booking.
How many people will be traveling in this group?
Most of our groups are between 30 to 40 people.
We travel with a minimum of two group leaders from our agency to assist with the different needs of each group.
What is your refund policy?
Travel protection will be offered and explained to every guest and is highly recommended for any refunds.
What is the average temperature during the month of our vacay?
For the month of July, the weather is pretty hot. The average high is 89 degrees (perfect for taking a tip in the ocean) and the average low is 63 degrees. The evenings may become windy

What currencies are used in Italy?
Italy are part of the European Union, and their currency is Euros.
It is essential always to have local currency when traveling abroad.
Although most places we will visit will accept credit cards, you will encounter some small shops that will only take Euros.
You can get your Euros at the airport, ATM Machines, or the hotel. You can also get them from your bank before you depart. (totally up to you)
What languages are used in Italy?
99% of the population speaks Italian. The most common foreign languages used are English, German, French, and Italian.
All of our transportation drivers, tour guides, and cruise crew members will speak English.
What's the dress code for our Italy Trip?
Casual wear is recommended.
Comfortable clothing and shoes as we will be walking a lot.
(short pants, maxi dresses, t-shirts, jeans, casual pants, casual shirt, sneakers, sandals, and flip flops)
A light jacket for inside or evening activities.
Two nice outfits for our formal dinning and group pictures.
Swim wear if you're planning to enjoy the pool or spa.
Workout wear if you're planning to hit the gym.
