Our agency specializes in Milestone Group Vacations!
Whether you would like to plan a vacation to celebrate a birthday, destination wedding, vowel renewal, anniversary, reunion, or graduation, we got you covered!
We plan hassle-free vacations to eliminate the stress of doing it alone.
Your only job is to build your guest list.
We take care of the following:
Roundtrip flights to your destination.
Vacation accommodations.
Transfers to and from your resort or cruise ship.
Individual and group excursions.
Plan and coordinate your private group events.
Collects payments from each guest.
Send out vacation documents to each guest.
Standby for the duration of your vacation.
Our processes are as follows:
Step 1: We conduct a phone consultation to go over your vacation details.
Step 2: We create a group booking registration page that will include detailed information about your vacation.
Step 3. We email the group registration link to the group leader. The group leader then forwards the registration link to their guests.
Step 4. Your guests will have detailed vacation information available to help decide with choosing their category.
Step 5. Your guests will submit a credit card authorization for their vacation deposit.
Step 6. Our agency process all authorized payments with 3 to 5 business days.
Step 7. Once we process the deposits, each guest will receive a detailed invoice.
Step 8. The invoice will include a link and password for each guest to create an account to access their vacation information as often as they would like.
Step 9. We send out payment reminders five days before each payment is due.
Step 10. Once we receive the final payment, each guest will receive detailed travel documents needed for their vacation.
Step 11. We remain on standby for the duration of your vacation.

Please Note: Our agency charges a planning fee of $150.00 to plan, coordinate, and manage your group vacation.
